MSG - Round 1 - Results

As you know, yesterday evening, 23/5/2024. Gravel Pests hosted an elite level endurance event “Mediocre Super G”. This event was not affiliated with the UCI however recognized as an unofficial pre qualifier to many world class events.

For the most part the non event was a great success and feedback from the competitor field was good reflecting the route as “diverse and sick”.

Unfortunately there has been serious allegations made against the lead competitor @Max Hides regarding his route deviation and beverages consumed during the race that may or may not have enhanced performance on the day.

GP take these types of allegations seriously and a full judicial review will be undertaken and final action taken where necessary. In the interim a 1 hour time penalty will be imposed for the alleged violation.

On a more positive note, GP would like to announce that the new leading position of the Mediocre Super G series is held by @Philip Shorley who showed perseverance and commitment throughout the event.
